Cary was very responsive and helpful. Explained things succinctly but thoroughly from start to finish. Not to happy about the 3% fee on CC transactions (it's Jag, they've got $$!)

Jaguar Land Rover of Novi is without a doubt the best place to purchase a vehicle from, also to go to get serviced, they have just the best outstanding amazing customer service you will ever come across, with an amazing high level of information and knowledge about all of their vehicles they service and have in their inventory. Johnny Manoviec is my favorite service advisor, he is always very accommodating and accurate with my needs for service. Great smile and character, always polite and extremely helpful. Above and beyond every time this young man does wonders for his customers. The whole entire staff that I’ve came into contact with at this dealership deserves 10 stars. Go here and do yourself a favor and purchase a vehicle from here. They will take great care of you before and after purchase. Special shout out to the entire team at Jaguar Land Rover Novi.

In July purchased a F Pace SVR with the CPO protection and balance of warranty remaining, developed a engine coolant leak and although it took over 3 weeks to get the warranty appointment (mainly due to loaner car availability, so I partially understand) turned out it was the auxiliary radiator that was leaking which they stated was caused by a stone flying up and it was not covered by warranty and it will cost $1441 to replace - so much for bumper to bumper warranty and peace of mind coverage - I did request the radiator so I can get it independently checked. That was not the real driving factor for the 1 star rating it is the feeling of them piling on the misery by sending me a report of immediate action required and to approve via text for a brake fluid flush and a power steering flush totally nearly another $500 - I checked the Jaguar website for recommendations for these service and found that it was 3 years or 36000 miles - I had a brake fluid flush 6000 miles previously and power steering flush 14,000 miles previously and both services performed at this dealership - I rejected the services and requested copies of the test results that determined the need for these services which they could not provide - be careful at this dealership - I will also be escalating this issue as I am truly disappointed in what I feel was a blatant attempt to rip me off

I took delivery of my 2025 Range Rover Sport Autobiography on Thursday. Tony Malouf and Lenore Parvu were instrumental in locating and procuring the car from New Jersey. They kept me in the loop during the entire process. A very helpful and considerate duo! Robbe Ghanem completed the purchase as finance manager expertly.
