Carlos is the best, everyone need to go to him. He’s good with prices and he actually love doing his job. Some when you drop your car off he fixes it with love and you’ll know when you get your vehicle back and drive it. He’s amazing wouldn’t recommend nobody else.

Absolutely incredible people. Blew an injector on my way to jersey. No appointment just pulled up and got a price on everything before any work was done. Fixed it on the spot while I napped in the waiting room haha. Very knowledgeable and kind guys. Definitely recommend

I’ve had my fair share of dealing with car mechanics and over time you can tell between the best and the absolute worse. Keep note my car is a 2007 vehicle. I’ve visited Jaco’s for the first time this year and was told I needed a tune up. The employee(brother of the owner) was a sweetheart and worked with me and my budget. They explained they’ll do a partial tune up and follow up the next week when i was sure to be paid. My car was good enough to drive and get from work to home until then. One day midas was doing a special for free check ups and curious enough I wanted to give it a check up from another location, just to make sure. Midas mentions I have the wrong spark plugs and need a complete tune up. Understandably, i was upset to hear nothing has been done as far as a tune up on my car. I’ve approached the owner the next day to receive an explanation as to why midas is saying there was nothing done on the car. Owner was rightfully defensive. I get it, trust me. Someone comes to you and says something wasn’t done right, knowing you’ve done what you believe was right, you will get defensive. His attitude about it, turned nasty and spiteful. He probably felt I was attacking him but im a customer that’s just trying to get my car fixed. I don’t know what needs to be done and the small things that goes with car repair. If you knew you could fix the problem, you will own it and try to fix the problem. But. No. Instead he gives me these excuses that their location only takes cars from the dealership and he is so booked for the next 2 weeks that he can’t schedule a time with me because he doesn’t know when will be a good time. Never heard an answer of ‘we’re too busy to make money over here.’ In business the goal is to make money. I’ve had one other interaction where a car repair mentioned I must go to the dealership for my fusebox. Only for a new location to check it and say it was only a cooling fan issue. The mechanic was familiar with this excuse and mentioned it was just because they didn’t want to work on the vehicle. Maybe I’m foolish for going back to see if they can fix the problem but today was the final straw. This review is for those who are curious of my opinion on this local Bridgeport car repair shop.
