I needed a part replaced because it was worn and cracked. I got in contact with Jonathan, who was friendly, knowledgeable and clearly communicative about the service I required. My service was completed in less than 30 minutes. I also learned later on that they are family-owned business that has been running since 1990, how awesome! Now my go-to for all my car repair needs. J&S is a great place to take your car, really. They provide amazing service and really take care of their customers. I had my transmission rebuilt, they also replaced my timing belt and oil pump seals here and for a reasonable price. Every time they have worked on my car, it's been a pleasant experience. It really is a good feeling to trust the technician and you can tell they are obviously good people, who care. The car just made a 2200 mile trip and is still running great. Great and professional automotive service. Kevin and his shop is always used for major services on my import. Far superior in detail, work and price than dealership. Plan ahead, communicate your needs, drop off your vehicle, and the end service will be great.....💯

They replaced my engine before and all went well with that replacement but then my transmission went out, and they replaced it with a faulty one not once, but twice. Hopefully third times a charm. They're hard working but not very clear with communication. Referred me to take my car to the dealer for repairs but left me with the bill minus diagnostic fee. Car is in the same shape after a month and a half. Honestly, would not have brought my car here for repairs if I knew it would take over a month of me coming in and out of this shop without a proper answer or running car. Nightmare. Avoid. Better out there.

I was recommended to this place thru oreilly auto parts they noted that I was buying to many auto parts, I told them I'm trying to buy all the service engine parts Because I had reach 200,000 miles and my the service engine light was blinking as I reach 35 miles an hour,. So then this place J&S recommended That the 1999 chevy tahoe needed a new engine, so I bought the transplant of the new hearth, a 5.7 l vort engine. I'm looking forward of visiting more times regarding the 0 miles engine.
