I've never left a 1 star review ever but my wife had the worst customer service ecperience she's ever had. Funny thing is when I went there the first time for an enhanced inspection, the vehicle failed but I found the owner to be a little rough around the edges but I didn't have an issue at all with him. The shop is only open during the hours I'm at work so my wife kindly volunteered to take the car to get inspected so i dint have to take another day off. She had all 3 of our kids with her between 6 yrs and 7 weeks old. The owner was very rude to her from the get go even with a baby on her, screamed at my 3 year old and refused to help her when he noticed an issue with the car and just flat out said that he's not going to do anything with the car that day. Not sure what the problem was but I can't recommend someone who would treat a mother and 3 small kids like that. He's the closest shop that provides this service but I'm willing to travel the extra 10 miles to avoid this shop.

If you are going for an inspection, do not go!!! They will definitely rip you off to make extra money. If you did not buy your car from a new car dealer, it is difficult to pass the inspection here. :) I wish I had gone there after looking at their reviews. I left there and went to another place and my car passed the inspection without any problems. I definitely do not recommend this place in any way.

Was a bit hesitant with the negative reviews but the guys were quick and friendly. Car failed inspection unfortunately, but Marc gave a good assessment and a fair price for replacing two worn back tires on my Rivian. Luckily, Rivian said they’d send their service guys to my house to look at replacing tires, so I’m going with that for now due to warranty. Would happily do work with Marc in the future whenever anything happens out of warranty on car/parts.

Okay, I can count on one hand how many reviews I've given in my life. None of those were one star. Genuinely the worst experience I've ever had in any business ever. No idea if it was the owner or one of the workers, but whoever it was really needs to chill out. There's no need to come out of the gate swinging with rude, unprofessional behavior before I've even finished a sentence.

ILLEGAL OPERATION! AVOID at all cost or prepare to be FLEECED. This shop deserves 0 stars overall why they have a 3.3 is BEYOND ME. Inspection, $53 PLUS a $6 shop supplies fee plus a $5 disposal fee… They failed my car for rear brakes WHICH ARE LEGAL and I am reporting them to the state of PA. THIS IS NOT A JOKE. I ALREADY REPORTED THEM. UPDATE: Making claims of illegal activity is not taken lightly, so I am attaching proof. The legal limit for shoes in PA is 2/32 of an inch or 1.59mm. The leading shoes on this car measured 1.84mm and 2.11mm. THIS FAILURE WAS NOT LEGAL AND THIS SHOP STOLE MY MONEY. Addtionally, most shops charge $35 for a fail and they also charged me for shop supplies??? What supplies? and a disposal fee??? The only thing they disposed of that was mine was my money. They only take cash for inspections, but no sign says this, they charge a $15 fee to use a credit card (standard is 3%) Oh, no bathroom and they are rude. These guys are LITERALLY criminals. Do yourself a favor, go to Ken’s or Cliffside or any other shop.
