Terrible experience, avoid bringing your car here. Went to add a back-up camera, he said it'll take couple of hours, he kept my car for 4 days (Friday-Monday) without my consent; every time I went to pick it up it was closed and good luck getting a hold of him on the phone. He needs to have more consideration towards other people's time and property, and he needs to respect his business hours as advertised. Oh and the best part is - he didn't even touch the car ! Big no for me.

Not good at diagnosing or fixing electrical issues. $1500 & 3 weeks to repair a headlight on 2017 Dodge Charger Only fixed for 6 months and then broke again! "I work on this car all the time" but it still took 3 weeks. Not good communication.

I came here for a quick headlight fix based off the good reviews and was not disappointed! Not only did I get my headlight fixed, but John also fixed an exhaust leak and antifreeze leak he found (I am not very good with cars) and facetimed me/talked me through the entire process before doing any work on the additional issues. My car sounds better and is running better than it has in years. I usually drive all the way back to CT for vehicle maintenance, but will def be back at J&D next time my car gives me any trouble!

I’ve experienced nothing but inhospitable, rude, and angry men at this shop. Do not come here with your vehicle! With a reputation of damaging your car to charge for additional services, you’re better off elsewhere. Additionally, they set off explosives in the driveway next to the cars they are “fixing” while unsuspecting neighbors are walking by with children and dogs. They don't care about the neighborhood or the people that live here.
