I accidentally locked the keys in my trunk of my car. My insurance company sent interstate Northeast out to help. They were here within 20 minutes. Mitch was amazing and even had to climb into the trunk to release the emergency button To release the latch on the trunk! I would highly recommend them for any roadside assistance that you may need!

I'm do not know anyone at this company. This was my first experience. Using my AAA NORTHWAY Towing was priceless today. I got to meet Jim Stockwell from Interstate Northeast. My Volvo came to a sudden stop right on a busy stretch in Lake George, NY. Within a reasonable time on very cold day Jim arrived. Jim was very pleasant while completing his standard procedures. Before you know it we were loaded up and safely on the road. On the ride back I learn that Jim is a great conversationalist. We arrived at our location drop site. Off loaded efficiently and safely. Completed his standard ending procedures. I said thank you. He smiled, got back in his tow truck and drove off into the cold sunny weather. Thank you Jim! Respectfully, Garrett Charlton
