these guys have great customer service skills knowledgeable and help me get the battery I need it at a best price I could possibly get from a trusted company. I bought a battery at Walmart and now the batteries at Walmart only have a one year warranty and my battery has been sitting in my truck not driven and totally died in a year and two months and Walmart would not help me so I never will buy a battery at Walmart ever again in my life cuz it seems like Walmart does not care about their customers and if you want to get the best battery you got to go to interstate and deal locally with people who care about the customers

I don't usually write these reviews but these guys deserve it. I first called and they had my battery for my Tahoe in stock so I drove up from Buellton. Upon arrival I was greeted by the two guys working there. Lalo took about 20 minutes to remove my old battery and replace it with a new one. First he connected my vehicle to a "jumper battery" to keep all of my settings on the car's memory so that I would not have to reset all of the settings in the memory. He then removed and replaced the battery. This guy is very professional in his work and seemed to enjoy it. Without a doubt, this is where I'll get all of my future batteries from.

There's good service you can find lots of places exceptional service is very rare I want to thank Chris and the staff here this morning for getting me in shortly after opening and replacing my battery that was under warranty. I believe interstate batteries are some of the best in the market I've been pretty loyal to the brand however what brings me to interstate also is this particular location I will drive out of my way and I recommended anyone and everyone in the general vicinity to come here The kindness the professionalism and the attention to what you need goes a long way Thank you guys very much loyal customer always.

I was very impressed with the help I received when I went there. They were very knowledgeable, and not just trying to sell you something no matter what. I actually was told I didn't need to buy anything,they tested my battery, and changed the connections, cleaned my cables up, and I was on my way with nothing more than a thank you for charge. It was a great experience so when I do end up needing a battery this is the first place I will be heading once again..
