I don't understand all the 5 star reviews. I shipped my car there and trusted them to ship it back the same or better. Please fly out and verify work. I could not and when delivered was so not pleased. When I spoke to them got the run around. Still to this day after two years find stuff they ignored and missed. Can't sent back for warranty work since that would be $4000 shipping back and forth

Neil, Carlos, Rene, Shinoo and the entire team at Inokinetic are fantastic! I have a 1979 Alfa Romeo Spider and finding mechanics to work on such an old car is in itself a challenge. While not what they normally work on, they took great care of my car. I through I had a much more costly repair looming, but they did a thorough diagnosis and the issue was far less costly. They were great about timing and were respectful of my budget for the overall repairs, as other items were necessary as often happens with older cars. Most impressively though was their constant communication and updates. These guys are fantastic! I'd give them 6 stars if it was an option.

Shinoo is the MAN!! If you have any questions, this man has the answers! Even for me, an MX5 owner knows these guys are excellent techs!! Professional on every level, I highly recommend this shop for quality work.

This place is a hidden gym! It should be located where more people driving around can clearly see it! With that said, it takes a lot for me to trust a place to take my vehicles. I came to know Rob who is one of their mechanics there and even from the first steps walking in to the garage, EVERYONE greeted me as if I was walking into a 5star hotel. The place looked like a decorative warehouse of all kinds of cars, projects, customer cars, and collectors items. They had designated work stations that were so clean and organized, you could technically bring your baby in to walk around to take a look at things without having to worry. Bringing in my Toyota Tacoma, I knew the service would take awhile. I was given an estimate of time needed and they completed it way before then. Also, please note I am not a local. They are based in Temecula and I am located in West Covina which is about an hr + drive depending on traffic. I will say that whenever I need work on my vehicle, I will be coming here! To the whole staff, thank you guys so much for your hospitality! I will see you all again!

Can't sent back for warranty work since that would be $4000 shipping back and forth. To this day I am still finding poor repairs, bent wheel, brake fluid contaminated after they changed it-pedal feel was horrible until I renewed brake and clutch fluid, gaps and panel interference. Fly out and verify repairs since it will cost you thousands in shipping fees to get warranty repairs.It's not worth the shipping fees but they should fix it right the first time all the time. PS they were paid over $25,000 to "repair" my car.
