This place has great stuff!! BUT the worst customer service ever!! The young man at the counter at the Salem location on Portland road helped me, I took a Can of paint there to get color matched! He said he would call me the next day!! Its been over two weeks!!! and yes he wrote my name and phone number down correctly!! I've been there other times and nobody is in a hurry to help you at the counter while other employees are talking and laughing just behind the counter!

Horrible customer service! During COVID they do not allow inside customers, which is fine, but I clearly told the guy that I wanted to look at paint samples to match my material. He snatched the sample from my hand, made us wait 20 minutes outside to come back out and ask what kind of paint we wanted. I told him I needed to look at samples and he said he didn’t have time. I asked for my swatch back and he got an attitude and said, oh you need it back? We have been a customer in the past and while I didn’t expect Mary Poppins, given our previous experience, the rudeness was uncalled for. We will be taking our business elsewhere.

I stoped in to get some paint matched for my friends car and due to covid they are not open to the public. Sign on door said call to pre order. I called and the person was extremely short with me and suggested I contact the dealership. If I can not come in and get the answers I need nor can I call then I am stuck. I have done business with them several other times with no issue. Covid is a difficult time.

Placed an order last Thursday, told by condescending counter lady order would be ready for sure on Wednesday, arrived this morning , Thursday, to confusion about my order and color , some the younger counter guys have been really helpful in past with perfect color matches and service
