Great personnel n they are going to spray my truck bed n put on some steps on my truck. Can't wait. I wish it were soon but they are busy so I have to go in on the 19th wish it were tomorrow. It will go fast. Well had the trick done n had the tonneau covet put on n thr nerf steps. Great job everyone truvk looks grest. One Happy Customer. Should have went there the first time. Excellent, friendly customer service! Our truck needed a fair amount of prep work before the bed could be lined, which required timing/coordination between Line-X and the shop doing the sandblasting. They handled the majority of the coordination for us, which was a huge stress relief and made everything go smoothly. 10/10 recommend!!

I scheduled an appointment here over the phone with who I believe is the owner. The appointment was 2-3 weeks out and drop off time was 7:30-8am which was no issue. I had to drive over an hour to get here and have a co worker drive 35 minutes to meet me and pick me up. Upon arrival I was told that because my pickup had a stock bed liner, side rails, a headache rack and a need for a pressure wash of the bed there would be a $60 charge. Here is the issue. When I spoke to Wade on the phone to schedule the appointment I told him specifically I had a bed liner, side rails and headache rack on the pickup and he did not mention any charge for accessory removal/installation nor did he inform me of any needed preparations of pressure washing or removing accessories prior to showing up in person for the scheduled appointment. I told him I understand the charge for this service but in this case without being informed initially on the phone I would not pay any charge when they failed to notify me of their needs to perform the work adequately. At this point his employee showed up and instead of trying to make the situation work somehow, they both decided to insult me instead and insist I should have "just used common sense" along with a few other snide comments and "known better". Wade tried to justify this by saying its posted inside on their wall which was irrelevant to someone who called in over the phone. I offered to reschedule the appointment and take the accessories off on my own but I would be very unhappy about wasting 1.5 hours of two people and already waiting the 2-3 weeks for the appointment. Had he told me on the phone I would have taken them off the day prior to which he simply responded "you should have, it's common sense". I have nothing to say about their craftmanship or materials as I ended up cancelling and leaving but as far as customer service I can say this was extremely unprofessional on Wade and his employee. Instead of trying to work with me to find a solution to the problems which were initially caused by a lack of communication from Wade to begin. Wade did seem to be regretful of how to situation ended up, however it does not excuse the unprofessionalism of him and his employee. Maybe this was an off day, but there is no excuse for how the situation was handled today.
