Imperial Collision and Bodyworks Customer Reviews

Bought a car with a paint job that needed some help. Took it to Brian and he worked his magic. Wet sanded it, buffed and polished it. Brought it back to life on a vehicle that is 13 years old. I honestly was a bit worried that it couldn't be saved, but he made it look new again! Thanks again!

Was in a tiny accident and I found Brian and his shop and let me say he was super professional and always giving me updates when he could throughout the process when he had my car in his shop! He got me in so quickly, and had my car done fairly quickly on top of some of my parts were on the National back orders list. He found a way to make sure it was done on time plus he even went a little bit beyond and did more then he should have which I was super happy and amazed and the time frame he quoted me. I highly recommend! Great work! Definitely will be going back to him again for more work in the near future! Thank you again Brian! Again amazing job you did!

My Audi needed a new bumper and grill. When I dropped off my car I was little worried but Brian was very professional and I was more than happy at the end. He is very detail oriented and maybe that’s why it took him two extra days to finish but the wait was worth it. I’m happy with his work and I will recommend him to all my friends.

I got in an accident where my front bumper was scratched up, my reflection light fell off and the brackets of my left headlight broke off and needed replaced. I gave Brian a pretty tight deadline to finish it due to leaving OH for a job opportunity. The adjusters at progressive waited pretty much last minute to come out and access the excess damages that they initially didn’t cover in my claim. Bottom line, Brian got it done in time and even flew out to Detroit to get the parts that were needed since Progressive dropped the ball. The car when it was finished looked great. Big Brian is a solid dude and gives you his best and more! Thanks Brian

Brian has worked on 3 of my vehicles in the past year. All of them look like they were professionally repaired. The last one he did for me was the biggest job and it turned out beautiful! The reason I could not give him a 5 star rating is that he has the tendency to not get the work done when he said it would be done. If you have the time, and want quality work done at a fair price, this would be the place to take your vehicle.
