I have been stuck at a gas station for the last two hours not knowing what to do. My car wouldn’t start, I called and he was willing to come out to give me a diagnosis. I sent him a video of what my car sounded like and he told me what to do to get it started, I am so grateful. Now I can at least make it home and find out what’s going on 😭

I called and Service Tech Ryan responded and came out to me within a few hours and handled my electrical diagnosis and corrected problems in the wiring harness, excellent job! I highly recommend this service!

I found Porlah Auto Mobile Mechanic (Ryan) when my 2000 Jeep was not starting. I messaged him and he was quick to respond. He asked me some great questions to try to diagnose my issue and came to a conclusion. We moved forward with an appointment to begin repair. He did mention that prior to beginning the repair he wanted to do a quick diagnosis to make sure he was in fact fixing what needed to be fixed. He started his diagnosis and quickly found that we may not have the issue we initially thought. So he started at the very beginning. Long story short, he ended up solving my issue by properly diagnosing my jeep, saving me on time, parts and labor. Ryan was very transparent and up front with me, keeping me informed along the way. He explained everything to me, broke it down so it was easy to understand and explained why he was moving forward in the direction he was going. He built my trust and confidence in him, and gained my business. I have another issue that I was going to wait on but because of his fair pricing and ability to come to my home on my schedule, I’m going to schedule a service date with him again. There’s no reason you shouldn't give Porlah Auto a call. He is an honest mechanic who helps you get your car back on the road. If I could rate him ten stars I would. I’ll definitely be calling Ryan back.
