I've been coming here for years and finally had to stop coming after twice in a row having issues with the quality of my work, when I left the lot after having an oil change, car was misfiring due to spark plug wires left hanging and not connected. When I turned around and went back, she was adamant that her mechanic didn't touch my spark plugs... C'mon don't cover for your incompetent techs. Have to take my business somewhere else which is inconvenient but necessary for the safety of my family.
