Customer Feedback

Customers who have visited Hy-Test Autoworks share a mix of positive and negative experiences:

  • "Took my car there once! Had great service and work done. Another time they said they fixed it, but it ended up leading to more problems with manifold leaks. Then had a family emergency on the day of appointment and were told multiple times they were weeks out before giving the real reason: they don't do work for people who no-call-no-show. Poor customer service."
  • "Do not buy from the Eatmon family. I was sold a 1999 dodge 2500 Cummins that was supposedly a 1 owner with '158xxx miles.' After pulling the CarFax, I found out they put in a different cluster and there were 9 previous owners. The truck now has well over 400k miles. On top of that, it had a cracked frame in two spots. Was also told that the front end was 'rebuilt,' but after my mechanic looked at it, he laughed."

While some customers have had positive experiences with their service and expertise, others have encountered issues with communication and honesty. Despite these mixed reviews, Hy-Test Autoworks remains a key player in the local auto repair industry.

If you're looking for reliable car repairs in Blissfield, MI, consider visiting Hy-Test Autoworks. Their team of skilled technicians is dedicated to providing quality service at fair prices, ensuring your vehicle is back on the road in no time.

Took my car there once! Had great service and work done , another time they said they fixed it and it ended up leading to more problems that I had to fix myself with the manifold leaks . Then had a family error happen on the day of appointment and decides too tell me multiple times on end they were weeks out then finally gives the real reason for why they couldn’t see it , which was they don’t do work for people who no call-no show. Poor costumer service I’d say myself but, life goes on :/ I was looking forward to giving them lots of money too… such a shame!
