Gary is very nice and knowledgeable about cars. I go up there and ask for help sometimes and he's always willing to help with a smile. Service is good quality of work is good. I recommend if u need work done to your ride.

I would not recommend this place for any major repairs! I had my vehicle in there 3 times for the same thing and after spending over $1500 in "GUESS WORK" the problem still exists. Replaced alternator, battery, and he said it was a bad body control module. $1500 later still won't charge, headlights, dashlights, blower motor change from fine to going out while driving down the road at night. very dangerous!. I brought it back and was told TO CHANGE VALVE COVER GASKET!!! this place MIGHT be fine for tire repair or oil.change, but stay away from here for major issues. HES JUST GUESSING!.

It makes me sad to leave this review, but my experience was nothing but disappointment. I took my 2012 F150 Kingranch to Fall's with a few issues. The charging light was on, the check engine light was on, the heat didn't work properly, and the engine ran rough. 8 weeks later, the engine ran well. The other issues were not fully resolved. The charging system required a trip to ford, where faulty wiring done at Fall's shop was identified and corrected, in a day. The check engine light required a new 02 sensor, which Ford had installed in less than an hour. The heating issue will have to wait, as I spent so much money, and time, at Falls. I let Gary, the owner of Fall's know that I was not satisfied, and he refunded me a small percentage of my bill. But my adjusted bill was still $900. In addition, the interior of truck was very dirty, greasy when I got it back from Fall's. I'm giving 2 stars, instead of 1, because I think Gary is a nice guy, and I'd like to believe that he genuinely tried to fix my F150. He even agreed to deliver it to the Ford dealer for me. His shop came highly recommended and I see that others have been pleased. But, I could not recommend him for a truck such as mine. I'd encourage others to save the expense and time and just go to the dealer.
