Very poor customer service. I asked a man at the service desk if my car was still under warranty and he tells me that it will cost $205 dollars just to look at it. I will never return back to this place. I advise to not go to this place if you don’t want to get ripped off. This place is atrocious and has rude service. Never again. I am VERY dissatisfied.

Unbelievable poor service! I have not been able to follow up on service although they sent me text message asking me to rate or call them if I still have issues. So I call number they provide which turns out is a call center ( not direct access to service). Call center says they cannot help. After years of satisfactory service at Huntington Honda I have no words to really express this lack of customer consideration and service. After multiple calls with ‘ call center’ they insist they can only direct me to Huntington Honda dealership which they say is the same as the service dept. Well it is NOT the same! One can only assume call center does not even know the difference between dealers and service OR this location only wants to sell new cars and is no longer interested in servicing cars. To be clear this is my first negative experience and first negative review of Huntington Honda after many many years of excellent service.

I have never in my life had a worse experience purely over the phone than with Huntington Honda. I am a Honda owner as of Dec 2023 and I reached out to Huntington Honda for a price quote to install Honda OEM parts purchased from Honda. I spoke with someone from the Huntington Honda and was give a price quote of $560 to install the three parts for my car. I called back to ask for this in an email so that there was no change in the pricing when I brought the parts in for service. However, the second time I called and asked for this they told me that its fine just to let them know about the pricing I was given when I went in and they would honor that. This was a bit confusing because there would be no proof of the prices. With my appointment coming up in a couple of days, I decided to call again. When I called back and asked for speak with someone regarding the price, I was quoted nearly TRIPLE what I was told on the phone if I wanted to get it in writing in an email. For example, I was quoted $200 for the labor to install puddle lights initially and then when I called the third time to request the email, I was quoted $640. They confirmed this price would be for labor alone, which is ridiculous. I cannot believe that this happened over the span of less than a week. I love my car and I would never ever trust anything this shop says. I was hoping for a good experience as well because the few reviews that are online were not too bad. I would make sure to get EVERYTHING in writing before you move forward with anything being done at this Honda Service Department. I will be telling all of my colleagues and friends not to go here for service as their word is untrustworthy and that is of crucial importance in business.

This place cheats customers. Make up issues which do not exist so they can charge you for the service.

Service was pretty fast and everyone was super friendly. The reason why I’m only giving 3 stars is because the 3% credit card charge is absolutely ridiculous. They do not advise you of this when booking appointments online, and when you’re having hundreds of dollars of services performed this really penalizes you. As a Honda certified service center I don’t know how this is even allowed.
