I had a wonderful experience at this dealership . RICHARD Cappetta my salesman was absolutely outstanding. Very knowledgeable, friendly and I appreciated his genuine attitude. There was absolutely no pressure or typical sales pitches. The rest of the staff was warm and friendly. I felt very comfortable at this dealership. I strongly recommend Richard if you're in the market for a new cars .

No stars, do not bring your vehicle here for service as they are incompetent, do not put your vehicle back together properly leaving me to put screws and components back together on vehicle that was repaired numerous times for the same problems, multiple issues, not just one and said it was all repaired the two before I actually picked car up and obviously no oversight or inspection of work being properly completed, ready for me, rain water inundated trunk, car wash filthy and had a chip in driver's door that wasn't there when dropping car off 2 weeks prior for them to hold hostage and never even so much as an apology for my troubles and inconvenience and only gave me a bottle of touch-up paint and all this was done with smiles to my face!!! I've had bad experiences with BMW, KIA, Hyundai and Dodge but the only thing different here was it was done with a smile and politeness, absolutely bizarre and the reason I mostly do my own work whenever possible just continues to prove car dealers really only care when buy a car and service to them is an afterthought, just pathetic!!! Pictures with red circles and arrows showing rain water, screws and covers left in my battery compartment in trunk where spoiler repair was supposed to have been completed that I and a salesman were forced to dry electrical wires and components and finish repair to completion, just utter incompetence and disrespect for me as a customer!!!

Worst car dealer ever. Their service department is non existent. I called to pick up my car for them to have it ready and I’m waiting for god knows how long because my car is blocked. They don’t care about customer service. Go to Nissan you’ll get better treatment

Like any luxury car dealership usually the cars speak for themselves, but the Sales agent can ruin your experience. However in this case, Richard Cohen was EXCEPTIONAL! My particular deal had a ton of moving parts, and it took around a month to complete. Richard was never frustrated. Anytime I had a question or concern he was accessible and responded very quickly. Through it all I never felt any pressure whatsoever. As you guys know that is extremely rare in the car business. I left JLR of Huntington feeling great about the deal I got, and was very impressed with the entire dealership experience. Below is a picture of the car I leased, and I love it!! Honorable mention: Mel Schifano who gave my wife and I a very thorough test drive.

Purchased certified pre-owned Jaguar F-pace. Great experience from start to finish. Our salesman Kevin was great! Very knowledgeable and professional. Michael, who went over the car at time of delivery was great as well! He went over every button in the car and answered any questions we had. I highly recommend this dealership. Ask for Kevin. You will not be disappointed!
