I've been here twice, once for repair of my alternator and second for brake replacement. Both times they got me in and repaired my vehicle within 4 hours with VERY reasonable pricing. In fact they got me my alternator at warranty price even though there was no warranty on it! They always look after their customers and the receptionist, Nia, is a kind and caring individual. Mr. Humphrey is an extremely nice gentleman as well and always cares about the customer's experience.

Based on other reviews; the email I just received seems to be a scam. They didn't show my name on invoice (red flag 1), didn't show cost properly (red flag 2) and now see others who received similar emails (red flag 3). I'm imagining the "folks" providing positive feedback are a part of the scam. Do not respond to this phone number or email in any way.

Since I couldn't find an email or a working website for this company I will express my concern here and hope that the company sees it. I am UK resident who just received a payment slip saying 'Your payment has been approved' and that the parts I "ordered" were to be shipped to the office of this company. I have never ever ordered anything from this company. I didn't know it existed until today and most of all I don't even own a car. I would be grateful if someone follows up on this report. I found out that I am not the only person with this problem. I expect an answer by the end of the week and if I don't I would probably have to contact the authorities as there's clearly something wrong going on here.
