While replacing the timing belt Austin failed to set the timing correctly and my car would hardly run and when I mentioned to Chris that it ran great before he got very angry. Austin told me that it was likely a bent valve and suggested that I scrap the car or buy a used engine. Since my engine was non interference I told them this was unlikely but they argued with me saying it was an interference engine. Chris finally admitted it was a non-interference engine. I was barely able to drive the car home because it ran so rough. I was charged over $1000 dollars for this incompetence.Austin also pulled the valve cover and failed to tighten the 4 nuts holding it on. 2 nuts weren't even hand tightened. 1/2 quart of oil dripped onto my exhaust and driveway. I ended up pulling the timing belt and timing the engine myself in my driveway and now runs great again. Another time I brought the same car in and they failed to secure a hub cap so I lost one and had to buy a new set. Another time they replaced suspension part on rear wheel of another car and didn't bother to check alignment and the tire which was new blew out a couple of weeks later while on the highway. The tire was riding on the extreme inner edge and quickly wore out. Bring your car there at your own risk.
