Environment and Overview

As an establishment categorized under "Auto Repair Stations," Hot Wheels Automotive is expected to offer a setting typical of a vehicle service center. This generally includes a garage area for vehicle work, potentially a waiting area for customers, and a counter for handling inquiries and transactions. The primary focus of such a business is the maintenance, repair, and parts replacement for automobiles.

Services Offered

Based on the nature of an auto repair station and information gathered, Hot Wheels Automotive would typically provide a range of services related to vehicle upkeep. These commonly include, but are not limited to, tire services such as mounting, balancing, and sales of new and used tires, as well as general auto repair and maintenance. Services like oil changes, brake inspections and replacements, fluid checks, engine diagnostics, and suspension work are standard offerings at such facilities. For a business specializing in auto parts, they would also stock and sell various components necessary for vehicle repairs, potentially including filters, belts, hoses, batteries, and more. This combination of repair services and parts availability aims to provide a comprehensive solution for vehicle owners in the Fayetteville area.

Features and Customer Experiences

Customer experiences with Hot Wheels Automotive, as indicated by reviews, highlight specific aspects of their service. One customer reported needing four tires mounted on a Saturday and was quoted $100 for the installation. However, this customer expressed significant dissatisfaction with the quality of the tire installation, citing "SEVERE rash and gouges on the faces of the wheels from improper mounting." They described it as the "SHITTIEST tire install" they had ever seen and considered legal action, ultimately advising others to "AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!!"

Another review detailed an even more concerning experience. This customer brought their younger brother to Hot Wheels Automotive to get four used tires. The review alleges that the installer was consuming "moonshine" during the tire installation and even offered it to their 19-year-old brother. The customer emphasized their strong preference for a sober individual to work on their vehicle. Tragically, two of the newly installed tires reportedly "popped the following day," leaving their brother stranded on the highway. When Hot Wheels Automotive was contacted, the customer stated that initially "no one seemed to care." However, once the "moonshine" incident was brought up, the staff reportedly became "a little more helpful." This customer also strongly stated, "I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone."

These detailed customer accounts, while negative, objectively describe aspects of the service environment, staff conduct, and the quality of work performed. They suggest that the establishment may engage in tire installation and used tire sales. The nature of these reviews points to potential issues with workmanship, professionalism, and customer service at this location. It is important for prospective customers to consider these reported experiences when evaluating Hot Wheels Automotive for their auto repair and parts needs.

Hot Wheels Automotive Customer Reviews

I was in a bind and needed 4 tires mounted on a Saturday. They quoted me $100 to install 4 tires!!!!!!! There weren't many places open and I needed them mounted. They completely DESTROYED all 4 of my wheels with SEVERE rash and gouges on the faces of the wheels from improper mounting. It was raining outside so I didn't have a chance to get a good look at the wheels but upon closer inspection it was the SHITTIEST tire install I have ever seen in my life. I Debated on filing a lawsuit in small claims court but my time is more expensive to me than dealing with these idiots. Take my advice, AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!!

If there was a negative star, this place would get it. We recently took my little brother to this place to get 4 used tires. THE INSTALLER WAS DRINKING MOONSHINE WHILE PUTTING THE NEW TIRES ON. He even offered my 19 year old brother some moonshine. Call me crazy but I'd rather a sober person put tires on my car or any other car on the road. Needless to say, 2 of the tires popped the following day causing my brother to sit stranded on the side of the highway. When my husband called Hot Wheels no one seemed to care. Once he mentioned the moonshine, everyone seemed to be a little more helpful. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone.

With respect and honesty done a good job they understand, other times have cut corners, then another instance caused more damage than good for not knowing how to get a serpentine pulleys properly installed for the belts to properly align causing the serpentine belts to pull off. Someone else had to fix it. Just save and use dealers. Nothing personal.

So....after having one of your mechanics install a starter.......it went bad.....and i had the dubious pleasure of paying labor AGAIN.......for the starter YOUR mechanics put in........then after going back to pick up the car i found it parked dangerously close to a ditch so if i had not been looking would have driven into it..........YOUR wonderful mechanic walked in..........after YOUR people picked me up abruptly and rather rudely asked cash or card......at which time ran my credit card.......no receipt showing work done.........this is NO way to do business.......as a matter of fact will make you LOSE business........word of mouth on social media is EVERYTHING!!

I ignored my gut feeling, and went here anyways to get new brakes. I got my new brakes, and they made a horrible loud grinding noise for MONTHS, not just weeks, but MONTHS AFTER they were replaced.
