I purchased a 2024 Honda Civic Touring. My salesman was Jake. He was nice and patient and willing to go above and beyond for anything I needed or asked for. I would definitely recommend going to see him to help you with any purchase you may need.

I have not really been very pleased with the service I have received on my vehicle. I called to schedule an appointment and never could get in touch with someone from the service department. Finally, the front desk lady answered and scheduled an appointment. She couldn’t answer any of my questions (which was fine because it wasn’t her department) and sent the service department a message to call me later. Unsurprisingly, service never did call me back. A couple of days before my appointment I still hadn’t received a call and again called trying to verify the questions I had when I first called to make the appointment. I finally reached someone that could answer my questions. Service definitely needs someone to answer the phone calls.

7/5/23 Somewhat disappointed in this place yesterday. For the 2nd time, I wasn't on the schedule for the time I made. The lady in the service department was very nice, and even though super busy and short staffed, she got me in and out in 1.5 hours. It was long, but at least I didn't make a trip for nothing. Now the manager who was no help at all and very rude calling me "mama" when I tried to talk to him about the person answering the phone was very upsetting. He must be related to someone higher up. How dare he call me by such a term when he should have been calling me by appropriate language and actually trying to listen instead of telling me I needed to talk to service. It was his problem since the person who caused the problem answered the main phone line. Plus, if the people answering the phone when I call asking to speak with someone in the service department do not know how to schedule an appointment, they need to simply put a customer through to that department. I give the service department a 5 out of 5. Management I'd give a 1 out of 1. Johnny Lopez tried to make me feel better about the problem, and I think he is a Super Star 🌟🌟🌟🌟 Thank you, Johnny and Millie (I think that is the service managers name).
