I am appalled at how this dealership has changed since being bought out recently. All of the wonderful people from mccurry deck have left. I had an appointment at 9am to have my drivers seat electric motor checked because it wouldn’t move forward. When I arrived they said I needed to leave it overnight before they could look at it. I asked why I had an appointment if it needed to be left overnight, that’s ridiculous. I then asked for a loaner vehicle and was told by the lady that they don’t loan out cars for any reason unless your vehicle is still covered under bumper to bumper warranty. (This is not what I was promised when I purchased the car here.) when I finally received a quote for a repair to the seat electric motor it was $900!!!! I declined the service and they still charged me $177 just to look at it and give me a quote. I am beyond livid. I went immediately to a local auto parts store and they repaired the broken shaft of my seat motor in about five seconds and didn’t even charge me for it because it was such an easy fix. I will never, ever step foot back in this dealership and will tell everyone I know about the horrible service I had.

Had a coupon for oil change and tire rotation 70.00. When I go to pay for oil change and tire rotation bill is $ 95.00 I already had my new air filter and let the service guy know this before starting, he said ok good no problem , if there was going to be extra charges because I brought my own air filter he or the service manager should let me the customer , know in advance. I could of ask for a discount of 10.50 for less work on checking my own air filter instead after discussing charges with William , he said since I wanted to get my air filter at autozone and save money, he rudely said well we have to charge you extra 10.50 My guys can’t work for free and walked off. WOW. I DON’T WANT TO PAY YOU DOUBLE TO CHANGE AIR FILTER . I’m requesting that back. I will Request it through corporate tomorrow.

The car I got there runs great the pait job is not good I took back , showed them but they just made out like it was my fault you could see scratches all in it one said it was not like that when you lefted with it NOPE are I would not of. One even told look like a cat done it . Looked like they stuck a sander to it but coved up good . But the car runs good do I have no choice but to drive it. Just bad experience.

Their auto technicians are great,if you want to talk with them before leaving your vehicle for service you can and the dealership will give you a ride home and come to pick you up when your vehicle is ready, if you have to leave it, that is a plus to know that kind of service is available
