I took my car in for a recall Bryon got me in and out and i got to work on time. I had to go back the following week to get my car mats thank you Able i didn't have to wait long. I am thankful for both of service guys.

I took in my Honda CR-V with an appointment with John Barron. Service was speedy and great! I was able to drop off my car, get it serviced, and picked it up in a one hour time frame. I appreciated John’s ability to communicate with me what things would need to be serviced in my car soon. I will 100% be coming back! Thank you John for working with me! :)

Overall my visit for a regular maintenance visit for an oil change was pleasant. The service rep Alex, who helped us, was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable regarding things to keep in mind for potential service needs for my car and how to read and recognize notifications that appear on my car’s dash. When it came to providing an overview of my vehicle’s service inspection and recommended services that were not urgent, I did not feel pressured at all like I have before in some visits. Which was a nice relief as I sometimes dread when bringing in my car. This was the first time I actually stayed in the wait area and it was nice and clean with ample seating and even made myself a latte.

I was able to make an appointment online and I got right in because of a recall notice. They thoroughly checked everything out and provided me with a video of them doing so. They were friendly and did a great job getting me in and out and if I didn’t want to wait, offered to take me home. I am here visiting from San Diego, but Honda North here in Fresno was wonderful. Thank you Antonio and everyone who was involved with this service.

John in the service department is always awesome. Im from out of town and he is the one that brings me back to this dealer. He is knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, efficient from check in to check out. He is an asset to Honda North. He brings credit to himself and to Honda North. This dealership is fortunate to have a team member like him.

So I took my 2025 Honda crv hybrid Sport-L to the dealership on Wednesday because the sunroof wouldn’t close they replaced the broken wind deflector and said they were going to service the car but it was not time to service it after they serviced it they said there was a nail in the passenger side tire and that it was going to cost $261 to fix the puncture and I said no I will get it fixed somewhere else and the next day on the dashboard a message came up it said “Emissions system problem. Power may be reduced. See your dealer.” So I took it back to the dealership and they looked at it and said a rat chewed on the cable and said it was going to cost $500 to fix it and I got them to bring the price down to $326 and they said it will be ready tomorrow so they refused to give me a loaner car but gave it to me anyway so I is fixed right now but the cable looks like it has been cut by the dealership not a rat and they did this because I don’t pay to get the tire repaired from them so they cut it. This car should not have a problem in the first place because it is a new car

Video of your inspection is something I’ve never had and loved they walked you through each aspect of the inspection. Bryson was great to work. Kept me updated during the process and let me know what I needed to fix now and what I can come back for. I took my 10 year old car in and the salesman Carlos also made sure I was taken car of after we just bought two cars from him. Total team effort and loved everything about my experience.

I have been a Honda owner since 2016. I love my Honda and I love the service I get at Honda North. Every time I bring my car in for routine service or to get it repaired, I always have the best experience. Everyone is extremely nice, accommodating, and have the best communication skills. They listen and understand my concerns. Today I brought my car in to get my LED lights replaced and also get one of my interior switch replaced. Jose Wong was my advisor and he was fantastic! Hands down an amazing person. Great experience every time at Honda North!

Friendly staff! I needed my car by a specific time. Dallas A. assured that it would be ready, and he delivered. Also, he was helpful in letting me know about a coupon available as I needed a new cabin and air filter. I would recommend Honda North Service Center to all. Spacious waiting area with complimentary refreshments, as well. Easy to set up service appointment online, and technician provided video updates of service. Definitely 5 star rating!
