We purchased a new hybrid at another Honda dealership with the intent of servicing it here at Honda North because it is close to home. Hybrid crossed the 5k mark, submitted for a service appt assuming it would follow typical first service guidance. I was in a meeting when Autumn called but her voicemail was very informative and left a great impression: Not only is the first service complementary, it is only complementary when the maintenance lamp is on, therefore she did not want to schedule and have to charge us if there's no maintenance lamp. I replaced transmission fluid. 5 miles away engine protection low cover falls down on the highway. Tech in HONDA said that screws were 'frozen' and they leave it as is. Cover was with one stripped screw, must be two screws and 6 clips. They shouldn't let the car out on the road in this condition. Low level of work. the staff is friendly.
