Horrible...horrible...horrible. Had to go in three times because they could not program the tire pressure sensors that I bought from Walmart.com specifically for this car. Then, they wanted me to pay more money for different sensors. They also made my appointment for 7 AM but they don't even open until 8 AM. I wasted SIX HOURS waiting three different times! Drove about 50 extra miles in return trips. One disaster after another. They should just close this auto center down it is so bad!!! Run away. Run away far and fast!

WORST SERVICE. First appointment was cancelled. Once appointment was rescheduled, they tried to over charge for installation of 4 new tires. Then while traveling home one of the tires started losing air, which had to be filled 2x for a 15 mile drive. The rim is broken. We did have one flat tire when taken in for service, however it is NOT the same rim that is now broken. (Which I can prove!) So if they knew the rim was broken, why would they have not told us at the time of installation, to clarify that it came in broken. Second (cause I suck at parking) I know which rims are on the driver vs passenger side. The broken rim is not the same rim that with the original flat tire. Finally my husband went in to speak with Corey, the manager, who stated that their equipment was not capable of properly changing 21" tires, therefore DAMAGING the inside of ALL the rims removing several spots of coding. If the machine was not made to change 21" tires, why did they not disclose that prior to doing a work around that altered the coding on the rims? This is unacceptable....IF WALMART DOES NOT CORRECT THIS I WILL BE FILING A COMPLAINT WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.

Definitely not worth making an appointment. I have no clue why they even bother still scheduling appointments. Their best business model would be first come first serve. Every time I schedule an appointment it’s a hour or 2 after appointment time before they even touch the vehicle. It’s crazy then you have the manager and team lead just walking around bullshiting. Cory and Jaxon. I used to do this very same work and if we would’ve been this far out of schedule and this slow people wouldn’t have had jobs. Get it together or change the way you schedule

I believe it was Tony who was running everything. Had an appointment at noon he got to me about 1215 after he handled the person in front of me. Took my info told me about and hour after he found the tires. Was closer to hour 45. I figured an hour was a stretch for 4 tires. Everything went smoothly. Only thing I might suggest the tires are marked with the position for the valve stem and they were off. I did see a good bit of weight on the wheels but it drove home smoothly.

My wife & I got tires installed a week apart & the service was great. Made the appointment online, showed up, dropped off & within a couple hours I was called & notified that my vehicle was complete. The technicians were easy to talk to. I will be going back again.
