This was the best experience I've had at a service center in a long time. I had a tire leak and wasn't sure if it would make it to my appointment time which was 5 days away. I called in first thing this morning and was told to bring it in. I was expecting to hang out all day - which I understood because they were trying to work me in. I was out by 10 am. I had been to the dealership the prior week for an oil change and tire rotation. At the time, they advised that the brake pads need to be replaced, which I decided to do myself. Fast forward to today - the front tires each have a locking lug and I have no key. So I took the CRV back and Kathy had the locking lugs exchanged with regular ones, as a courtesy. That is customer service, and not what I expected. Thank you Kathy!

When I faced a uniquely rare engine problem, the Service Advisor Kathy was friendly and prompt to react. The team did an amazing job communicating with me about options, and the Service Manager Gus assured me of his team’s goal to address the issue. Last weekend I was heading out of town when I stopped to get gas and found out my gas cap was stuck closed. I didn’t know what to do and went to the closest dealership - Honda of Rock Hill. When I walked in Phil helped me out and I told him what was going on. He brought out Kerry from the service department and they looked at my car right away. I have a Volkswagen, which they don’t work on, but they still offered to help. A huge shout out to Phil and Kerry for fixing my gas cap and getting me anywhere unless I would have stuck. They truly saved the day!
