Forgot to review when they lied and scammed me out of thousands of dollars in September of 2023. I was only reminded because DJ sent that text asking me why I haven't come back in a few years. I stopped going here because I made an appointment 2 weeks out for my car. I spoke with Dustin prior to the appointment, they knew about the coolant leaking issues I had. 2 weeks later, they get the car. I was told i'd get a call multiple times and nobody ever reached out to me. I called every few days for an update, and they had my car for 3 weeks to replace the radiator. I had to rent a car during this time, so I was begging for an ETA and was given multiple that nobody upheld. Dustin was a total dick on the phone 100% of the time. Well $2000 later and 3.5 weeks later I get my car, and coolant is STILL leaking. So great, I take it to a competent mechanic and they told me that Leak Stop residue is caking the radiator and the pump. I had never heard of Leak Stop until this new mechanic was claiming I used it, and Holt Auto Service was the only place to have worked on my car at the time. So not only did they not fix the issue, they tried slapping a bandaid on the issue, lied about it, and still charged me the $2000 for 'new parts and labor'. So, DJ, this is the reason you haven't seen me in a while. Thank you for leaving that annoying text to remind me why I stopped going here. I have since found a real mechanic that knows how to replace a radiator and stop leaks without Leak Stop. The new mechanic took 2 days to fix what you couldn't in 3 weeks. Please remind me why I ever went here at all? Someone from the company commented on this implying I left out information on purpose. So, I'll update this: it was my first car and they are the only people I had gone to for car work. I had never heard of stop leak or any of that type of product. My car was leaking and I took it right in to Holt Auto Service. They never communicated if there was build up or not because they never called me the 3 weeks they had it unless I called them. There is no 'important' stuff that I left out, I have the text and call reciepts, and work order to this day. When I asked them about using Stop Leak in 2023, they claimed ignorance and said nothing about it. Their comment is an obvious, and poor, attempt at damage control. Stay away unless you like wasting money.

Everything was super easy, great customer service as well - scheduled the drop off online, they sent me an estimate via text after doing the test/inspection, and had me back on the road later that afternoon.
