Hollifield Auto Repair

While delivering supplies through multiple WNC cities, my truck lost the ability to accelerate going up a mountain. I was able to safely make it off of a Marion exit coming from Morganton. The 1st shop to answer their phones at 4:33 pm was Hollifields. The gentleman on the phone was so kind and gave me clear instructions on what to do when dropping my truck as they were closing soon. They worked me in amongst a busy schedule. I later found out from my Marion deliveries that this was in fact the best shop in town. Hollifields did not disappoint. They fixed my truck in 48 hours. The price for an injector replacement was more than fair. The service writer was professional and compassionate every time I called for an update. Tyler and his crew fixed my truck and now it runs better than it ever has. As a friend said "mountain men know their Ford trucks". Hollifields is in fact the best repair shop in Marion. Agreed by locals and this volunteer. Thank you so much for the expedient, qualified, and affordable service!

I am so impressed with Hollifield Auto Repair! I talked to John several times before I took my car in for service and diagnosing a problem. He is such a friendly young man who is well mannered, with lots of knowledge. He answered all of my questions and explained them in a way that I understood. My car was serviced and the problem was diagnosed. John explained the diagnosis and we made a plan to take care of it. Their prices are reasonable, and their work is excellent and timely. I plan to take my car there for service and for any problems that arise. I highly recommend this business!

Amazing customer service and always a pleasure to do business with. Came to get my car inspected and left within 20 minutes. John Allen was very professional and the technicians were very thorough! I would recommend to anyone!!

Every time I’ve had an issue with a car, they are amazing. From the time I book the appointment to the time I am able to drive my car out of the shop, I’m treated with respect and efficiency. Highly recommend to anyone needing a car serviced.
