So very disappointed just pick up my son's car they have had for about 2 years or so. They tollay ruined a original classic car. So many scratches and over spray in the paint job. They painted original red leather seats. Doors dont close right and reneged on the original deal that was made. Makes me sick. It will cost a small fortune to have this car fixed.

I couldn’t recommend Hill Valley Auto more. I had an amazing experience with the shop and the owner, Steve. I was driving through Newcomerstown and my car broke down. I called Hill Valley Auto at 5:00pm on the dot when the closed, and I was so fortunate that the phone was answered even when it easily could have been left for the next day. I spoke to the owner, Steve, and he told me that he would take care of me. I was able to have my car towed to his shop and left to be looked at first thing in the morning. He was very prompt in diagnosing my car that next day. He reported to me that my engine needed replaced but that there was a recall for my engine that would likely cover its replacement. I had to wait over a week and a half get my car towed and he generously allowed me to keep my car at his shop until I got everything worked out. Throughout the whole process, he communicated with me so clearly and promptly and he provided me with great advice regarding the situation with my car. I ended up getting my engine replaced by the manufacturer at no charge. I am so blessed to have come across Hill Valley Auto during this time. I could not be more thankful for what they did to help me without asking for anything in return. To me, that revealed the high character of the shop owned and the others at Hill Valley Auto. I would certainly trust them with any vehicle of mine and know they would provide me with the most practical, helpful, and fair service.

Had some car trouble on the interstate and made it over to Steve and his team. They got me right in and took good care of us. Courteous, polite, honest, and fair. It was a real pleasure to meet them!

We are From Delaware and visited Ohio for a little family vacation , 3 kids and our pups and our water pump started to go up . No one else would help us , we didn't know anyone here to even get a ride home , we spent hours trying to get help ,and ....... 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 When we came across Hill valley ! He made us feel safe!, and like we wouldn't be stranded put our vehicle ahead to make sure he could get us home safe , and even had his son give us a ride back to where we're staying , while waiting for a diagnosis , a gentlemen came in from the extreme heat and grabbed a water took it to pay and the owner , said we aren't gonna charge u for a water ..... They are just good people honest and have morals and we are so grateful for their help !!!
