Hi-Lo Voltage Auto Diagnostics and Repair

I had work done on my Mercedes. I had multiple issues I needed addressed. Jason was excellent at communication, timeline, and fair quote. He let me know what needed to be done and what would need to be done in the future.We decided to take care of all issues.Carrie helped at checkout. Price was fair. Nice to deal with honest, old school, efficient, family run business. We will return for services in the future.

5 star service from when you get there from when you pick up your vehicle. Karri at the front desk makes sure she gets all your info with what’s going on with your vehicle. A big plus is most auto shops you have to figure out how to get home/work not here they got with a courtesy ride. Jason is a top notch mechanic doesn’t beat around the bush and gets straight to the source of the problem. I am beyond happy with the service I got when I took my truck here. On my way home from picking up my truck I felt the power of my V8 I haven’t felt in a long while and I had to call them and let them know how happy was. Highly recommended!

Karri and her team were beyond amazing. They took my car without appointment needed, and were able to service it on the same day with reasonable charge. Karri was happy to give me a complimentary ride to my house while the car was being serviced. They had the best service and attitude. I will definitely come back.

I can't say enough good things about the service I received at Hi Low Voltage Auto Diagnostics! Karri and Jason are absolutely amazing. Their incredibly knowledgeable and have a true talent for diagnosing and fixing car issues. I've been to many auto repair shops over the years, but I've never felt more confident in the work being done than I do when they were handling my car. They go above and beyond to make sure everything is done right the first time, and her attention to detail is unmatched. Jason is a very informed and professional mechanic. He has fixed my older ford's a couple times and did it in a very timely manner with competitive prices. Karri is also a sweetheart and very kind. She would always offer me a ride is case im in a bad spot. Would highly recommend and will be returning myself in the future.

Everyone at HiLo voltage was something I haven’t experienced in decades. They were courteous, kind, extremely knowledgeable and they actually did what they said they were gonna do and what they said was true in the end. They worked with my warranty company To enable me to get as many things covered as possible. They deserve more than a five star rating. Thank you Hi-Lo Voltage. You guys are a standup operation.

I absolutely love this shop! The owner, Jason is quick to respond with communication, and always fits me in to have my car serviced. His wife, Karri, is so sweet and an overall joy to interact with. If you want to support a family run business, then check this shop out! 10/10 would recommend.

I learned about Hi-Lo from a word-of-mouth recommendation from my sister. My car’s check engine light had come on, and I was getting some unreasonable quotes from other mechanics. Hi-Lo’s actually made sense. Not only that, but they offered a shuttle service to take me back and forth from the shop to work, which made the time without transportation feasible. By the end of the workday, they had it fixed. Great service. They’ll be my next call if anything else goes awry.
