Always great service, been dealing with the dealership for the past 10 years and it’s been a great relationship. Only complaint, which is minor funny complaint, no sugar at the coffee machine😂

DO NOT BUY HERE. I bought a 2023 Chevy Silverado here 8 months ago, and 3 weeks ago the check engine light came on, and it turns out it was a lemon. Needs a whole new valve body and the part is on backorder and "could take months". To make matters worse, the dealership does nothing to make things right. They told me they have "no loaner vehicles", and that I had to find my own rental vehicle for less than $44/day. After explaining that I need a truck, as I purchased the truck to tow my RV, I was told I could pay the difference out of pocket on my own to get a truck, and there was nothing they could do to help me. So I should continue payments on my lemon of a truck, and pay $16/day on top of that so I can have a replacement truck for what "could be months". Save your time and money and go somewhere else. The product is trash and the service is worse. At least you could stand by your defective products and do right by your customers, as many other dealerships do. Update 3/18/25: Don't believe the generic automated response that directs you to call back the main number for the dealership, they're full of bologna. They have no desire to help, in fact they never even covered the cost of the rental for the repair that was covered under warranty, even though they initiated the rental agreement through their affiliation with Enterprise. Enterprise then charged my credit card that I provided solely for incidentals (damage, tolls, etc.) for the entire cost of the rental, and I had to dispute it through my credit card company. All the while getting the runaround from the service "manager" John. Don't be fooled by the name change to Hessert, it's still the same old cons running this place.
