They removed trim pieces and door handles from the right doors. Now, a few months later, the trim is coming unstuck and the rear door handle doesn't work. When I called the woman at the front desk said, "Our warranty doesn't cover parts." I explained there was no problem with the parts, they weren't properly installed. Asked to speak to the estimator. He wasn't there. Asked for a callback. Never got one.

HENRY'S COLLISION AUTO BODY( Cathedral city) fixed my car a month ago I had an issue with a guy name NICK ,but speaking with Lily who helped me a lot a very knowledgeable woman and Henry (the owner) They resolved all the issue's that I had with the "former" employee,they told me to bring my car back to the shop,they fixed my vehicle above and beyond what I expected.Good people...good business! Just had a terrible experience. When I asked to speak with the owner, Lily told me she was the manager and there were multiple owners and they rarely visited the site. Honda who referred stated the owner Gloria was there frequently, so apparently this was not true. They insisted on charging me a $90.00 holding fee, for two days. My car was there 18 hours. I was having it picked up for another quote. It is out of there, and so am I. I contacted Honda and let them know, as they refer out. K

I have been doing business with Henry's for over 10years. My last visit there in their Indio location 2 weeks ago with my 2013 Nissan Sentra. The damage was on the front bumper it took about 3 days looks like nothing ever happened. I highly recommend Henrys Collision for the good job they did my car was washed and clean

Without going into too much detail I am very unsatisfied, the first estimate (5,002$) missed over 800$ of damage and the job took over a month and two weeks. I got that 800$ estimate from Henry's, needless to say I did not have them do the work, and when I took it to Juan's collision in Indio, three days 600$ to finish the job. What a nightmare this was.
