This place is amazing. I have always preferred small locally owned mechanics and this place is the best. Upfront, honest, efficient and they communicate thoroughly. They met their timeline perfectly for the work provided this time around, and managed to do so with incredibly competitive pricing. To boot, they used top quality components with a 5-year warranty. I don't know what more you could ask of a mechanic. The Hendricks team is as great a group as I've ever found to work on my vehicles.

I called to see if they would have availability to look at an issue I was having with my car. The man I spoke with was rude and said he had no idea what the issue was. I told him that I wasn't asking him to diagnose the issue, I was asking if he would be able to see the car today. Again, he was rude in saying that there was no way he could see it today and wouldn't be able to until next week. The fact that they couldn't see me today was not an issue. The issue was that he was very rude. I will definitely never be taking my car here.

I connected different places about my vehicle; that was supposed to specialize in foreign cars. After being told that they did not work on Audi's. I called Hendricks Auto to assist me in fixing my car problem. I spoke with Mel who was very friendly, honest and helpful. Now My car is back up and running. I would recommend them to anyone having a car problem.

I took my car in to get my rotors done. Which Mel did a good job on, but, after payment, I get out to my car and look over the service report and see that $200 in additional labor was tacked on that wasn't discussed. On top of that the next time I drove my vehicle I noticed a small crack in my side passenger mirror and left a message asking if he recalled hitting it with something and Mel immediately got an attitude. I told him I could send him a picture of the damage to which his attitude increased and told me I didn't have to because he wasn't the one who did it. Mel, if you're reading this, this is not how you conduct business nor speak to your customers.
