Everyone make sure you read this! I went to Jiffy Lube for an oil change for my vehicle and they told me that Jiffy Lube recommends that the lubricant be changed in both differentials at 24K or 25K miles, and that they also recommend the transmission fluid be replaced at this time. (The miles on my vehicle are low.) I agreed to have them do the work. They took a long time to do the work and they were making mistakes along the way. When I questioned them about the work the manager raised his voice and tried to justify what they were doing. After I left the building, I noticed drips of oil in several places underneath the vehicle. I brought the vehicle to the dealership right away and they verified my concerns. The engine was leaking oil at the drain plug seal - they had to drain it, replace the seal and change the oil again. The transmission fluid needed to be replaced because they did not use the correct fluid. The rear differential was leaking, so they had to replace the fluid in that. The seal had not been broken on the front differential, meaning that Jiffy Lube never replaced the fluid in the front differential - even though I was charged for that. The dealer had to redo everything that Jiffy Lube had done. The dealer says that this special fluid doesn't need to be replaced in this vehicle until 100K miles. I originally only wanted an oil change but thanks to Jiffy Lube, I ended up paying an additional $1000.00, and the work on the transmission didn't even need to be done in the first place. Wow!

The service is usually excellent at this location. The rating is due to my last oil change. I was notified that my coolant cap was missing. My issue is that Jiffy Lube has done all of my oil changes/repairs. So, if the cap is missing, your technician failed to put it back on. I was told that I would be given a replacement, even if the (tech) had to purchase it. She (tech) has all of my information but I have YET to hear from them. May seem minor, but keep your word.

The service at this location is always amazing. The guys make sure you are kept up to date on what is happening with your vehicle and work with you so well. Always use the Jiffy Lube at Maysville. Also, I' not sure is Adom is a manager or supervisor, but he always gives me top notch service with all our vehicles!

I love this jiffy lube location. The guys are friendly, service is quick and they don't try to talk you into extras you don't need. I just had all new brakes done (YES. At jiffy lube!) and the price was surprisingly lower than most places. Would recommend.

Alex, Dalton, and James are amazing! They spent almost 2 hours helping me get a GROUNDHOG that hitched a ride out of my engine compartment!! Then they checked my vehicle over to make sure it was safe after the critter chewed through some wires! Can’t recommend these guys enough! Hard-working, kind, and good at handling all situations… above and beyond doesn’t say enough!!
