The service center at Hempstead is very disappointing. I strongly advise against leaving your vehicle with them. I had to wait three days, and they couldn’t resolve the issue. The only response I received was that they had many vehicles to work on. Despite not fixing anything, they didn’t offer any compensation for the time wasted and failed to provide a proper replacement vehicle. Honestly this place is a -1 can’t fix anything!! stay away!!

I had my 2022 Mustang serviced this past week, I dealt with Karen, and she was wonderful, called me with updates, always got back to me and she was always pleasant and willing to answer any questions. Next time you have your car serviced ask for Karen you wont be sorry!

I took appointments for 09/09/24 to do service my van I dropped early morning they said they will get back to me and they didn’t so I called 10 times yesterday and no one picked up.today I called 9 times and no one knows anything about my van. I spoke to one lady finally and she says we are busy and no one is available to help you.

Misdiagnosed my truck, sent me home with the same original problem and had to get it towed back to the dealer. It ended up being out of service for a total of 3 months, and they refused to give me a courtesy car. They said they didn’t have any left. Brought my other car in for an electrical issue under customer satisfaction program. Made me call customer service instead of helping me out there. Customer service then said they wouldn’t help me. Manager was “gone for the day.” My wife went to pick up my truck, called the representative while she was standing there, and he would continuously let his phone ring to voicemail. Then told my wife his phone didn’t ring. No customer service. No satisfaction.

I echo the experience of many other reviewers in that my car wasn't looked at for days. I had to call repeatedly to get updates only to be told the car is just sitting there. I had no car for days due to this practice. Overall my experience with service has been negative. Have since switched to Hassett.
