I made an appointment and when I arrived I was greeted by a friendly service advisor named Ana. I hadn't driven a lot of miles since a tune-up I got 18 months ago, and Ana advised she would have the service technicians perform a complimentary multi-point inspection to see if anything needed to be worked on. She arranged for me to get a ride home (I live in the area) and gave me a call once the inspection was complete. It turned out that nothing needed urgent attention, and I got a thorough report on things to keep an eye on when I go in for my next routine maintenance. I even got a link to a video where the technician showed what I should keep tabs on for next time. I loved this - it was cool to see the visuals and hear the explanation. I really appreciate the integrity in this. And this isn't my first experience of the honesty and integrity of the team of wonderful people that work at this Service Center - they are always up-front and honest, and I feel like they truly have my back and want to help me keep my Honda running well for a long time. I do not trust taking my car to any place other than to the Service Center at Hayward Honda! Their customer service, level of care and attention to detail is beyond exceptional! I can count on their expertise, experience, honest feedback and recommendations every single time. Every time I’ve been there, service has been punctual and very well communicated. I love my service advisor Mike Thomson! He’s very down to earth and genuinely cares about you and your car. I was always offered a ride home if I don’t have one too. And the complimentary car wash. Their new location is so much better too! More spacious, not as crowded. I really can’t think of anything negative to say. I appreciate you guys at Hayward Honda! Thank you!!

I drive 45 miles to get my car serviced here. Robert is fantastic, I've been lucky to have him for my advisor every time. When I schedule an appointment I want to have him all the time.
