Unreal recovery! They came in the middle of the night and had us out in 30 minutes! He and his crew were very professional and kept us informed every step of the way.

As I was headed home from a weekend trip with my son in Cherokee, my truck started making a terrible noise. I pulled over to get gas and was going to check it out. No more than I stopped the truck to put in gas than smoke started pouring out from underneath my hood. I pulled over to a parking spot and when I turn the car off again, all of this liquid came pouring out. I had just dropped in a new transmission in June and wasn’t sure if that was the problem or not. When I called AAA they sent out Hatton’s and Nick was our driver. When he pulled up, he saw all of the fluid coming out from underneath the truck and quickly started assessing it. He thought maybe I had a busted hose but neither of us could find the hole. I was supposed to go to another dealership in Weaverville because the transmission Company has certain mechanics, but Nick asked me if I would be willing to go somewhere much closer because he felt like it was not the transmission at all. I felt like he was very authentic and I agreed. He took me to Singleton‘s and the rest was history. Not only was he correct about the assessment of my truck, but he saved me hundreds of dollars in towing fees and took me to an incredible mechanic that was able to change out my water pump and my thermostat and get me on the road and back home safely. We had an awesome experience with Alex. After being stranded for 2.5 hours he came to our rescue. He was a breath of fresh air! Alex was so patient with us as we worked out the details and weighed our options. And he even waited while I took pictures to document our adventure. We had to ride an hour with him and it was like chatting with an old friend. He made sure we were comfortable and safe. Alex is like a gentle giant… he was kind, caring and patient. We seriously can’t thank him enough for his help and compassion.

My son is 17 flipped his car today hattons towing came out and helped my son flipped his car back over and even gave my son a ride to his dads and tow his car up there for very very cheap Adam hatton sat up there for hours because my sons dad was drunk and kicked my son out of his house and the car. I would use and recommend hattons towing for anyone . Hattons towing helped tremendously and made sure my son was safe ! These guys went way above and beyond and I can not thank them enough and I’m sorry u had to deal with drunk dad when all u was doing was helping OUR son. Thank you again . Y’all are awesome and he may not appreciate it but know me and my son sawyer can’t seem to thank you enough!

Lost a tire off a 69’ Shasta Camper along a busy road and Hatton’s was courteous, quick and professional in helping me take care of it. Guy they call Crazy is CRAZY GOOD at what he does. It was no easy feat getting a one wheeled camper on and off a bed! Thanks Hatton’s
