Replaced my brake lines on my 1995 Ranger in 2 days after another mechanic said he could not get the parts. The other mechanic had the truck for 4 weeks. Will definitely take my vehicles back to Ty for other maintenance. Very reasonable on price and very nice people. Thanks.

This place is the definition of more than meets the eyes. I stopped in at 4pm with a seized caliper preventing me from getting home. Every shop around quoted days to weeks for the repair. The team here stopped what they were doing to help someone in need and stranded. A part was ordered and no hesitation was apparent for them to stay until the fix was completed. While waiting for the repair, the jokes and the laughs were flying with the team working and their family. The shop itself is simple, but the work ethic and customer service couldn’t be better.

I went down and talked to owner about changing out the drive belt on my mower, he said he could do it he just needed to order a belt. I gave him all my information and he said he would call me when the belt come in, well I waited for about a week,never heard anything from him. I called and he said it was on it's way should be here by Thursday or Friday. Come Tuesday still haven't heard from him so I call and still said he was waiting on the belt, another week goes by and I still haven't heard from no one I just gave up and ordered the belt myself and had it the next day. I had someone else to do the work even though it cost me more but it's done. If you're not going to do the work or if you don't want to do it just say so. You will never do work for me or anyone I know far as I'm concerned.

SUPER HAPPY to find Roundabout Automotive on a road trip from Ohio to Hilton Head - Thought we had a brake pad issue, Tyler found a seized caliper that was the real issue, all fixed up and my family was back on the road in record time - more than fair pricing - Felicia and Tyler were welcoming, honest and skilled - we feel blessed to have found Roundabout in an unknown area - totally reset our stress level to "0" :)

I was having issues with my front brakes and rotors so I went through the process of having estimations done at 3 shops before settling on another local Canton garage. After having the work done, cost me $320, I was still having some pretty severe grinding noises when braking so I brought it down to Mr Sutton for a diagnosis. Tyler took the time to inspect both axles and found that the pins in all calipers weren't properly greased and that the front calipers had partially seized. After greasing all pins my issue was fixed. I was impressed that Tyler took the time to throughly inspect my brakes, rotors, calipers and got me taken care of. Thank you Tyler, I'm out working as I type this review. You got me back on the road, didn't try and upsell me, were very friendly and most of all honest. I will be having Roundabout Automotive do all my future repairs.
