Purchased 4 tires for my vehicle. Unfortunately it required a return visit to correct an issue noticed when driving on the open road. I called before I arrived and the staff were expecting me. They apologized up front, listened to me when I described the symptoms, and quickly diagnosed the issue, and made the necessary corrections. I was back on the road as soon as possible. They did a full inspection and explained in detail everything that was urgent and needed to be done that day vs some things that I could come back and get done at a later date. All of the staff were super nice, helpful, and explained everything I didn’t understand. They even offered me a free ride home while my car was being worked on! I can’t say much about the prices, as this is my first experience in NC. They give you a full report and an estimate (with a full breakdown) which I loved! I will definitely be back!

Dropped my car off for routine maintenance. The person taking my information was very upfront about expected wait time(2 hrs) and I took advantage of their free shuttle service so I could wait at my home. Car was ready in less than 2 hours. Fee for oil/filter change and tire rotation was very reasonable. I will definitely bring my car here for future service needs.

My son is in a wheel chair and I go to Harrell's Tire & Auto to take care of my son's mobility van. They are fast, efficient, and professional. They have been able to get me in at any time to make sure our van stays on the road which is super important to our family as its the only vehicle we have that can accommodate my son's wheel chair. The staff is really nice and extremely helpful and patient. 10/10 would recommend

Don't go here if you need an inspection and have tint. They failed me over 70% tint that you can hardly even tell was there, and that I've had since 2021, and have previously gotten inspections with at my dealership, an official inspection station, and a random hole-in-the-wall place without issue. They had to look up what I even needed for my inspection in a book because they don't do them frequently enough. They made me wait 15 minutes to even be helped when I arrived because all 3 of their office staff were busy, and the inspection itself took an hour. They also immediately put the fail into the system (I called 3 more places and they all said it had to be removed now because it was in the system) so I got to sit at home stewing over the fact that my car is going to be hotter this summer, I'm going to be exposed to more UV radiation, and my windshield won't be held together in case of an accident as I took my heat gun to this $200 piece of top-teir tint and wish petty revenge on this obviously perfectionist kid with no real world experience. To add insult to insult, they still charged me the tint fee and asked if I still wanted my windshield wiper blades replaced for $50 even though they had already failed me.
