The team at Harrell’s Automotive are fantastic. Super easy to work with, very accommodating and super helpful when it comes to working on your car explaining the automobile diagnosis. They’ve been extremely helpful to me and my automotive needs. Definitely worth a call if you’re looking for a dependable affordable garage to work with.

Took my car there for inspection. Harrell's recommended I have my brakes cleaned. After they cleaned my brakes, I had 3 lights come on in my dash. Never had those lights come on before. Ended up costing me hundreds more. Beware of recommendations!!! This was Harrell's NOT another business. Also paid 384.00 for serpentine belt, but no difference in veh. Will never go there again. Was there last year

Mechanic shops usually have people who don't know how to be "people" people, if that makes sense lol, but Harrell was an exception. This place was great, fantastic service, fantastic customer experience, and speedy as well for what was done. Fair pricing as well for undercoating + oil change service being around 200 total. Waiting area was spacious and comfortable as well. Fantastic place to be, will be coming again in the future.

Harrell Automotive 2014 RAM 1500 5.7//78K Let me just say that these guys get it. Customer service. Attention to detail and no BS. Needed front suspension work done. I do not have the cool tools for a job like this. Matt had his Tech look over the truck and gave Matt an overview of what he felt would need done. I agreed with the mileage of the vehicle that the suggestions were worthy. Understandably, ordering parts and getting started on the actual work of the truck is at least three days. A comfortable three days to accomplish the job. It was a great experience. Besides missing my truck, I get the time and effort to providing a great service. You guys get it. You do have a forever client. It was great picking Kyle's brain in the work done to the truck and Matt is a great team lead to talk the talk. I enjoyed it.

I just had my first dealings with Harrell Automotive, and I have to say, they delivered a high-quality experience. The work was high-quality, and they were transparent with their pricing while providing several service options. A special shout-out to Veronica, who went above and beyond to keep me informed every step of the way, which made it a smooth and stress-free experience for me. Truly a great team to work with! I'll be using them from now on.

When I say this place is top notch ITS TOP NOTCH! I had extensive engine work done. My truck came out brand new! Very honest and kind employees. Veronica is so compassionate and caring she’s truly an amazing woman. Not to mention the beautiful atmosphere inside the waiting area. I could go on about this place. Thank you guys so much ❤️

Be cautious when dealing with this Company- especially if you are elderly, female or not mechanically inclined. We received estimates that were twice as high as the dealer to replace a timing chains. Harrells estimate $6,100 vs the dealer at $3,500. The explanation from the service manager is that there are any Land Rover dealers in Erie so someone would have to drive to Pittsburgh. Other examples: Harrells. Dealer Resistor. $5,545. $2,600 Spark plug labor. $188. $86 Sprocket cover. $ 569. $394 Many other examples. Most shops, including Harrells, use a standardized program called Tekmetric to estimate the hours to perform a job. In no circumstance should a private shop be higher than the dealer since the dealer has the highest labor price per hour. Yet Harrells consistently is- especially to customers who aren’t mechanically inclined. I was in urgent need to get my vehicle inspected, my husband was in the hospital and I couldn't be without my car. I called and was able to drop my car off the next day. Everyone was friendly and personable. I was greeted and made to feel comfortable as if I was visiting a family member. Not only was I given great service, when I picked up my car it was cleaned inside and out, that was wonderful. Totally unexpected- I knew I needed to clean it but with my husband in the hospital for a week I just couldn't get to it. Thank you!!

Took my car there for the first time this afternoon and I can't express how absolutely lovely the folks over here are! Not only were they informative and were honest about cost and all that jazz, they're also so very empathetic and comedic! I went to Harrell's because of the positive reviews, and needless to say, I'll definitely be coming back! Also, the waiting area is super spacious, clean comfortable AND there's a coffee/tea/water & snack bar too! Matt was incredible! He made sure to come seek me out to keep me informed with what was going on and how things were looking, if there were any problems, etc. With his knowledge, game plan for what to prioritize first, effort to keep me informed, humor and general jovial nature, and kindness, you would be sorely missing out by NOT going to Harrell's. Plus there's financing options too if you're broke as a joke like myself lol. 10/10 service. 10/10 recommend. Also to add, they have a donation tub for the Erie Animal Network along with postings of animals that are ready to be adopted. Doing quality maintenance and repairs plus supporting a well beloved local animal rescue organization. We love to see it!

I have had my teen daughter's car to Harrell Automotive a few times now and I've always been more than pleased with thier automotive service. But what stands out even more is their friendly customer service. I spoke with Bruce this past time and he made sure I was kept well informed the whole way through and explained everything to me in detail. He answered all my questions and went above and beyond to work with my warranty company to get some of the repairs covered and I never felt like I was being rushed and actually enjoyed having a conversation with him! I will definitely be continuing to bring our cars there in the future.
