My 96 suburban had very loose and uncontrollable steering after replacing most all steering and suspension parts. One repair shop did an alignment and said you're ready. It wasn't and their response was it was just tight and would get better. Another shop did the same but suggested a steering gear box. I put one on. Didn't fixt it but "it drives straight" ..nope. Came to Harlans. Finally someone listened to me. Went through 5 steering gear boxes. 3 reman and 2 new. It finally drives like it is new. Nicest people. Kept me updated and discussed options. Couldn't be more pleased. I like my new repair shop. Chett Smith

I recently took my vehicle in for a front end alignment. They spent nearly 2 hours working on it to get everything where it needed to be. My vehicle drives better than it has in months! I'm so grateful they chose to put the time in to make sure it was done right!
