Hal's Auto Clinic

I've been going to Hal's Auto Clinic for 20 years because I've had no reason to go anywhere else. Not only is the quality of work terrific, their communications are outstanding. Bill (the service manager) is honest & understanding - 10/10 on trustworthiness. Finally, know that their timeliness is spot-on - if they tell you that your car will be ready by Tuesday, it'll be ready by Tuesday.

A tire company told us my sons brakes needed all kinds of repairs. Not fully trusting this company we looked for a second opinion. Unfortunately our regular auto repair store was fully booked and couldnt meet our deadline so they recommended Hals. We were very happy with them. The staff was courteous and professional, they diagnosed the problem (not even close to being the dire situation the tire company tried to scare us with) and we had our car repaired and back the next morning. Highly recommend!

The team over at Hal’s is always helpful. Look, car work is stressful, but it’s important to take your time and ask the questions to understand what’s wrong with your vehicle. Scott and Bill are great, and extremely patient with me by explaining what the issues they found, and their recommended fix. They known costs to maintain your vehicle can add up, so it’s nice to just “shoot it straight” sometimes. I’ve had my truck serviced there for the last 8+ years, and will continue to do so. Thank you!

Bill and the staff are wonderful. Great customer service and even finished my car ahead of schedule. They are trust worthy. They don't over charge or try to talk you into things you don't need or want.

We've been taking our cars to Hal's for decades, and we wouldn't take them anywhere else. Bill goes out of his way to do right by his customers. Very honest, and always tries to find the most economical solutions. They do great work. Highly recommend!

My engine light came on my car. I took it to Hal’s auto clinic in Farmington. They did a deep dive diagnostic test and found that I had water in my engine. They got an engine from Ford. It took about 2 to 3 weeks to do all the changes and testing to ensure everything would work OK. I picked up my car. I want to thank Mary for picking me up to get my car. This location provides shuttle service. I want to thank Bill and Scott and all the technicians for all the hard work they did on my car. They even recommend a means of payment plan. Next time I will use that instead of using my credit card which turned out to be a nightmare. Since this is a new engine on a 2016 Ford edge SEL, THEY RECOMMEND THAT I COME BACK BETWEEN 500 MILES AND 1000 MILES TO CHANGE THE OIL. THIS IS A GREAT PLACE. THEY ARE ALL FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION.

Been taking my cars here for years, never a bad experience. Knowledgeable people who always give honest and prudent advice when it comes to safety and cost. I recently got 4 new tires; Hal's had me in and out within 24 hours and helped me feel confident in my choice of brand.

I brought it in for a possible fuel leak. Did 22 point inspection and sent a link for all possible repairs on the vehicle. Extremely thorough and shows pictures and next steps for repairs. I really like that they’re open early. I was able to drop off my car in the morning since I worked 45 mins away and pick it up the next day. Bill was very nice, respectful, and knowledgeable.
