Habana Transmission Introduce

For individuals seeking auto repair services in the Tampa, Florida area, particularly those looking for an "Auto Repair Station" that specializes in transmissions, Habana Transmission, located at 2025 N 60th St, Tampa, FL 33619, USA, is a service provider that exists in the local market. The facility can be reached by phone at (813) 664-8590, and a mobile contact number is also provided as +1 813-664-8590. These contact points allow for direct communication regarding vehicle issues and service inquiries.

Based on the provided information, the environment of Habana Transmission, and indeed any auto repair station, is typically comprised of a reception area for customer interaction, and a workshop or service bay area where vehicles are diagnosed and repaired. While no specific details are available regarding the cleanliness or layout of Habana Transmission’s physical premises, the nature of customer feedback often gives an indirect indication of the overall operational environment. In the realm of auto repair, a professional environment usually aims to be orderly, with proper equipment for diagnostics and repairs, and clear delineation between customer and workshop areas. However, without specific descriptions of the waiting room, equipment, or general tidiness, an objective assessment of the physical environment cannot be definitively made from the given data.

In terms of services, as an "Auto Repair Station" with "Transmission" in its name, Habana Transmission primarily positions itself as a specialist in transmission-related issues. This would typically include diagnosis, repair, and potentially replacement of automatic and manual transmissions, as well as associated components such as clutches, torque converters, and driveline parts. Beyond specialized transmission work, a general auto repair station would also offer a range of common vehicle maintenance and repair services. These often include engine diagnostics, brake service, oil changes, tire services, and air conditioning repair. However, the customer reviews specifically mention issues related to their ability to fix transmissions despite the name, suggesting that their specialized service in this area may be a point of concern for some clients. The feedback implies that while they may attempt various fixes, the permanent resolution of transmission problems has been an issue for at least some customers.

Regarding features, a key aspect of any auto repair service is its approach to customer interaction and problem resolution. For Habana Transmission, the provided customer reviews highlight some critical points. One customer noted concerns about the professionalism of the service, describing it as "very unprofessional and a scam." Another significant feature highlighted, or rather, a lack thereof, pertains to the effectiveness of their repairs. Customers indicate that even with a name suggesting transmission expertise, there were difficulties in providing permanent solutions, with mentions of "temporary fixes" and an inability to "fix the issue." This directly impacts the feature of reliable and effective problem-solving, which is paramount for any auto repair station. Communication, another vital feature, appears to be a point of contention, with concerns raised about transparency and responsiveness, particularly in situations involving refunds or unresolved issues. The core feature of a repair shop – the ability to accurately diagnose and permanently fix vehicle problems – is explicitly challenged in the provided customer feedback.

Concerning promotional information, no specific details are available in the provided text. Auto repair stations typically engage in various promotional activities to attract and retain customers, which can include special discounts on services like fluid flushes, diagnostic checks, or routine maintenance. They might also offer seasonal promotions, loyalty programs, or discounts for new customers. However, without any explicit mention of such offers in the provided reviews or business details, it is not possible to describe any current or past promotional information for Habana Transmission. For any auto repair business, positive word-of-mouth and customer testimonials are often the most effective form of promotion, and conversely, negative feedback can significantly impact reputation and customer acquisition. In this instance, the given customer reviews do not provide a basis for outlining any positive promotional aspects.

In summary, Habana Transmission is an auto repair station located in Tampa, FL, with a stated focus on transmission services. While direct information about their physical environment or specific promotional offers is not available, customer feedback indicates significant concerns regarding professionalism, the effectiveness of repairs—particularly for transmissions—and transparency regarding charges and problem resolution. For local users in Tampa considering this auto repair station, it is important to take these publicly available customer experiences into account when making their decision. The reviews suggest that potential clients should exercise caution and thoroughly verify the shop's capabilities and policies before committing to services.

Habana Transmission Customer Reviews

Very unprofessional and a scam! Admitted to knowing they couldn’t fix my cousins car and won’t provide a refund of what’s been paid, to go elsewhere that CAN fix the issue. Stay away from this place

The name says transmission yet they don’t even know how to fix one. SMH! Don’t come here! They will take your money and not fix your car!! Had a messed up transmission and they just kept doing temporary fixes to get me to come back and never fixed it.

This man has had our car over a year in and out of the shop and transmission is still not working. Called in to get insulted and given every possible excuse. Do not use this business at all. Owner is very rude and unprofessional. Wish I could give it a 0 star review.
