Worse autobody experience in my life and I took autobody at tech high school so I know how it should have been done. Not only was the customer service lacking professionalism it went as far as Banner calling my wife out of her name a “B**ch” to be exact! All because she called and asked him what is taking so long as the car was sitting in his shop from Dec 20th- Mar 23rd and had like a 100 extra miles on it! He also had my insurance company send him two checks totaling 5 thousand dollars and after 3 months of us being without a car this is the horrible work he and his associates completed. So you know he did not spend half of that 5 thousand to fix my car. The far away pics of the car is before the accident. The close up pics is after car was in shop for 3+ months and 5K stolen. The text is just further proof of the horrible communication. You can spend money with him at your own risk but I would never go to them again nor have I received an apology!

The father is very nice, but the son Darius does the fixing of the cars, I had a bad experience, Darius had a list of parts and labor he says it's gonna be $750 , but I guarantee you that you won't have any more problems with the car cutting off. I only drove the car 1 time and it cut off ten times in the middle of traffic. all Darius did was make excuses and his guarantee meant absolutely nothing, the car never got fixed correctly, I had to pull it home and I was out of $750 and have to find a quality mechanic to fix it correctly. I'll Never go back there again!

Where a local repair shop located in spring Hill Florida. One of our customers had his vehicle toware facility for an overheating issue. Customer informed us the radiator was replaced by banner and sons in Tampa. We reached out to receive a copy are the original order from their supplier as to reach out to them to get it warrantied at our location at no charge to the dealer in question. When I called the young lady wouldn't take my call hung up on me and now will not even answer the phone. I inform the customer that his option would be to have the vehicle towed back to banner and sons to have them do the warranty work on the vehicle as they will not reach out to me. I would advise any customers to verify warranty information with this company before you have any work done

Called repeatedly, they are open and they will not answer their phone. Their voicemail box is full, so I can't leave a message, and I can't get in contact with anyone at the shop. I need a repair, but apparently they have more than enough clients already. Edit: Not clearing your mailbox is ridiculous. You literally don't give customers an option to get a call back, I'm not going to spend all day calling a business when my first five aren't answered and I can't even leave a message. Cry about the one star all you want, have better business practices and you won't get them.

I have been going to them for two years now and they are like family to me. It is so uncommon to find such a reliable and friendly auto body shop. They have helped me time and time again and I would recommend them to all of my friends and family.
