I requested Road side assistance through my car insurance, State Farm, and was assigned to H&J Towing. I was given an ETA of 30-50mins. After an hour the update just said "arriving soon" and was stuck on that prompt for 15mins. I call for an update and was told that it would be another 30mins until they can get to me due to being busy. I waited the additional 30mins and still nothing. I called back and they apologized and said it would be another 40mins. The driver showed up about 50-55mins after that call. While Towing my vehicle the driver said he was having issues and was only able to drive about 15mph all the way until my drop off point. Once at the drop off point I instructed him where to drop the vehicle off and he drops it off in front of my neighbors house and then insisted I turn my vehicle on to place it in my drive way, my cars radiator went out and I'm worried that could worse my cars situation. I asked him if he could please drop the vehicle in my driveway, he responds"I already unhooked the car" . Needless to say never use this company.

I was I need of a tow and the driver that Progressive put on my car was very rude and canceled. My tow for no reason. Do not recommend this company. I do not think you should ever go with these people. They will leave you stranded. If I could give them a 0 I would
