Mike is very dishonest. I'm not sure his poor memory is intentional or not. There were several instances of him remembering things different. He tells customers want they want to hear and not what the reality of the situation is. He will tell you he will start work on your vehicle next week and when next week arrives will tell you two weeks. When two weeks arrives he will tell you another two weeks. On and on. He will mislead you and tell you he ordered parts. In my case he ordered only a few parts and then tried to order just before he started the work(2 months after he confirmed parts were ordered) and part was on back ordered and delayed the work from being completed. He will not honor any verbal discount when it comes to discount on what your insurance will pay to save the deductible because at the end of it all he knows he is entitled to the full amount the insurance is paying. I am not the only customer this has happened to. Take my advise .. find another body shop. Headache is not worth it.

Would like to say that these guys have always been there in my time of automotive trouble. Have been broke down several times in the area, and they always got my vehicle off the streets right away, and repaired quickly, and prices always reasonable. Def appreciate them looking out for me.

went there and fix my AC what’s the tall the AC is been fixed spent over $800 just for something that’s not even fix. my new mechanic told me the part wasn’t even added on sorry lie guyjam is not the place to go
