Gus Mobile Mechanic

This review is strictly on lack of customer service and not on his skills as a car mechanic. I was excited to find his 7 reviews on google all 5 stars so I gave him a call. Gus picked up and I explained my car issue he said he was available saturday 9/24/22 by noon. I said great and if you were available earlier I would be home. I sent him pics of a broken hose, check engine light and even gave him the error code. I gave him my address and gate code. I patiently waited until 12:30 pm saturday asking for an update of his time and got no response. I called and left a voicemail message at 2:59pm and got no call back. I sent another text msg at 3:50 pm asking for an update and got no response. I even had the replacement hose for him to install. I get it if an emergency came up. Until today 9/27/22 no response. If you purposely decided to ignore my msgs and decided to not do the work without informing me is extremely poor service sir. Again, I have no experience with Gus's auto mechanic skills because unfortunately he never showed up. The only expense lost was time which is valuable to me. I ended up doing the work myself and probably saved $200 - $300. This is my experience and I wanted this to work out so I can have a trustworthy mechanic but not this time. As one door closes another will open up.

Best mobile mechanic ever. My car was beat and needed a little revive and Gus came through! Very informative and respectful as well. If you are ever in need of a mobile mechanic look no further!

Gustavo did a great job fixing my truck it wasn’t starting up so I called him it turned out to be an electrical issues that he fixed for not an expensive price. He’s a very honest and affordable mechanic that I’ve called/ will keep calling for my car services.

Great young guy who knows what he’s doing. Despite of his young age, he seems to know a lot of stuff. I’m looking forward to recommend him with friends who need service.
