I recently took my car to Omega Automotive for a paint job on the hood of my 2015 Jeep. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Mike took the time to explain the step by step process of how they would paint my car. There was an issue that came up with the paint outcome, however Mike went above and beyond and kept me updated. David the painter did a great job and took care of my car. Unfortunately, I forgot to take pictures of how the paint on the hood had deteriorated over the years, however the after looks great! If you're looking for a dependable auto repair shop with great customer service, I highly recommend them.

I have taken my car to Omega several times for servicing and repairs. I am always satisfied with the work. The communication is good and they have a nice way of talking to customers, unlike most other shops. Every time, the work has been completed when promised. I plan on returning in the future.

I had a wonderful experience at Omega Automotive. The service writer was kind and listened to my concerns. I like to work on my vehicles but was unable to find and diagnose the issue myself which is why I took it to Omega Automotive. They quickly identified the issue and had it fixed within a day. They also recommended additional repairs, in this case a transmission flush, but was that I could wait a bit longer. I was very happy that they didn’t try to force repairs on my and for that reason, I authorize the flush as well. The initial issue was fixed and my transmission shift much smoother after that flush. I highly recommend Omega Automotive for any vehicle repairs you may need.

Carlos is a great person! He has fixed a couple of my jeeps when I have scraped them on my car port! Does excellent work! I recently took my car in for oil change and tire rotation and they detected a small leak in my water pump. They took pictures to show me. Eric is very nice, patient and explains everything in an easy way. I love this shop and will be going here instead of the dealer. Completely comfortable, good energy, honest shop.

This was my first time using them and so far I am so impressed. Before I say more, trusting a mechanic is so special and important in my values. I know nothing about cars. Having a trustworthy mechanic (and computer person) is such a boon. I always service my car by the book and try to take the best care. I moved to the Valley and my amazing car people in Hollywood had no referrals for me. My friend suggested them and after my first visit, I’m so impressed. I needed an oil change and there was also something making a sound. What impressed me was since I am a new customer. They wanted to do a full inspection of my car just to get to know What they would be working with. Them working within my schedule parameters, explaining everything in a way that I could understand. Was so important. Also breaking everything down and explaining different price points. i’ve only been to them once, but I will continue to take my car there and love the relationship I’m about to build.
