Mr. Long was amazing from start to finish. He walked me through every step of the process from getting an adjuster to come out, all the way through the repair and the pick up. He kept me in the loop throughout the process and finished well before the insurance promised date. If I ever need more work done, or if I have friends that need work done, I will happily refer them to The Grind.

Floyd was the mechanic working on my truck. He was suppose to replace the back corner panel, do suspensions and wheel alignment. Total $6500. He took all 3 insurance checks, CASHED THEM and left state. He left it with another mechanic saying he was going to pay and was suppose to pay for my rental. HE DIDNT DO OR PAY ANYTHING! Now I have no truck (sitting in mechanic yard taking apart) I lost my job and children can’t get to school. Smdh

My husband has been coming to him for years and when he passed I continued to come to him! He is about his business, reliable, will tell you exactly what you need! The end results are great! I would have have sent people to him for work!
