My daughter had nearly $3000 worth of work done to her Honda Odyssey. Front brakes, front struts, rear shocks and a few miscellaneous items. Brought it home, and the next day had to take it back because the backing plate behind the rotor was not installed properly, making an awful metal on metal grinding sound. The next day, I noticed a rattling sound in the front, but was out of town. Took it to another shop and they noticed that one of my new struts was not properly fastened to the knuckle. See attached photo. One nut had already fallen off, the second nut was barely hanging on. These are safety critical bolts that are to be torqued to a specific load. If those bolts had backed out, the entire wheel assembly collapses… When she approached the management, they didn’t offer any consideration and just shrugged it off. Wait…they did offer to refund the $70 it cost Belle Tire to repair such a dangerous mistake. What happened to accountability and pride in workmanship ? Who is checking safety critical repairs? Needless to say, she won’t be going back to this shop….

These guys are the real deal in repairs and customer service. Just had a tune up, brakes, rotors, tires, routine inspection, and maintenance (coolant/brake flushes) done. Took it to them on a Monday morning. With all this work, they gave me a turnaround of one day which is great considering the amount of work needed. Within one hour of taking the car in, I got a full inspection report with pictures sent to me to view on my phone. As well as a call notifying me of anything else that absolutely needed to be replaced, as well as things to watch out for in the future that didn’t need replacement yet. With a couple blips in the computer system, they got a shipment later than they expected to get it, and called me immediately to let me know they would need until Wednesday first thing in the morning to complete the work. Their communication is a big reason why I always come back. Got the car back the next day. Smooth as can be. Not a thing out of place. Happy customer that will be back for anything that I need. Highly recommend their services. Brandon is the best. He always greets me like family when I come in even if it’s been a while. Thanks guys!

I’ve been searching for a local Auto Repair shop to trust with my two family vehicles…and finally found one. Brandon, Manager at GreatWater, bent over backwards to not only explain every detail about my Jeep Grand Cherokee issues (electrical and mechanical) to me, but also showed the respect I was looking for by providing recommendations that were in my best interest…not just sell something. I had a great experience working with Brandon and his team! I brought in my 2008 Dodge Grand Caravan for an exhaust repair. Brandon quickly identified the issue and worked with me on a solution that fit my budget! I greatly appreciated that they did not try to upsell me on unnecessary repairs but did identify some fixes that could help extend the life of my vehicle.
